Welcome to the Registrar at Gateway Community College. Our office is dedicated to serving GCC faculty and students through scheduling, registration, record keeping, and reporting.
Announcements
Winter 2022 and Spring 2023 Registration for all students begins Monday, October 17, 2022, both online and in-person. Online registration will begin at 6:00 a.m. and in-person registration will begin at 8:00 a.m. in the Registrar’s Office in room N214.

We urge you to meet with your Academic or Faculty Advisor prior to registering for courses.
We also recommend you run a Degree Works Audit to ensure you are on track for graduation.

Withdrawing from Classes
To withdrawal from classes, please visit our webpage at www.gatewayct.edu/registrar. Click on the box labeled Withdrawal Form and your request will be processed within 3 business days.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the new extended drop and refund policy there will be no late withdrawals. There are no refunds for withdrawals.
Winter 2022 withdraw FormWithdrawal Deadlines for Spring 2023
The last day to withdraw from a regular start (15 week) course is Friday, April 14, 2023
If you wish to withdrawal from a late start course (beginning February 3rd) the last day to withdraw is Friday, April 14, 2023.
The deadline to withdrawal from courses starting in the first 7 weeks (beginning January 20th) is Friday, March 3, 2023.
The deadline to withdrawal from courses starting in the second 7 weeks (beginning March 20th) is Friday, April 28, 2023.

Graduation Application
The Fall 2022 graduation application, students can attend a graduation workshop and apply. If you will be completing all degree requirements by the end of the Spring 2023 semester, you will receive a letter when the graduation workshops will be available for you to attend.

Winter 2022 and Spring 2023 Course Format/Modalities
Most classes are offered in a virtual format. Learn more out more about course modalities here.
- Fully online courses are asynchronous. You take classes at your convenience via Blackboard.
- LRONcourse are synchronous meaning classes meet at the same time each week virtually via WebEx or Blackboard.
- Hybrid and a few traditional courses will still be held.

Change of Curriculum
- The change of curriculum form will be available starting October 17, 2022. Change of Curriculum will be processed for the Spring 2023 semester only. Change of Curriculums are processed from Monday, October 17, 2022, Wednesday, February 8, 2023.
- If you have any questions regarding your curriculum, please contact your Program Coordinatoror the Office of Student Success with questions you have about degree requirements.

- Enrollment Verifications can be obtained via mycommnet.edu.
- Please log into your account
- Select Banner Student & Faculty Self Service
- Under Student Records select Enrollment Verifications.
