Welcome to the Registrar at Gateway Community College. Our office is dedicated to serving GCC faculty and students through scheduling, registration, record keeping, and reporting.
Announcements
Summer 2022 Registration for all students begins Tuesday, March 29, 2022 both online and in-person. Online registration will begin at 6:00 a.m. and in-person registration will begin at 8:00 a.m. in the Registrar’s Office in room N214.
Fall 2022 Registration for Continuing students begins Tuesday, March 29, 2022 both online and in-person. Online registration will begin at 6:00 am and in-person registration will begin at 8:00 am in the Registrar’s Office in room N214. Registration for Readmit and Transfer student begins on Monday, April 4, 2022. Registration for new students begins on Tuesday, April 5, 2022.

Withdrawal Deadlines
The last day to withdraw from each summer session:
1st Summer Session (6/1/22- 6/22/22) withdrawal dates are June 5, 2022 – June 18, 2022.
2nd Summer Session (6/1/22 – 6/30/22) withdrawal dates are June 8, 2022 – June 24, 2022.
3rd Summer Session (7/5/22 – 8/3/22) withdrawal dates are July 12, 2022 – July 28, 2022.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the new extended drop and refund policy there will be no late withdrawals. There are no refunds for withdrawals.

The Summer 2022 graduation application is now available, if you will be completing all degree requirements by the end of the summer 2022 semester you are eligible to apply.
The Summer 2022 graduation application will be available online until Friday, June 24, 2022.

Summer 2022 Course Format/Modalities
Most classes are offered in a virtual format. Learn more out more about course modalities here.
- Fully online courses are asynchronous. You take classes at your convenience via Blackboard.
- LRON course are synchronous meaning classes meet at the same time each week virtually via WebEx or Blackboard.
- Hybird and a few traditional course will still be held.
- Change of Curriculum will be processed for the Fall 2022 semester only. Change of Curriculum’s are processed from March 29, 2022 until September 17, 2022. Download the form here.
- If you have any questions regarding your curriculum, please contact your Program Coordinator or the Office of Student Success with questions you have about degree requirements.
- Enrollment Verifications can be obtained via www.mycommnet.edu.

- Under Student Records select Enrollment Verifications.
