Administrative Fee (mandatory) $45/hr, 3-hr. minimum
Maintenance (mandatory) $50/hr @ staffer* 3-hr. minimum
*# of staff assigned based on type of function, event location, guest count, etc.
Security (mandatory) $45/hr @ officer* 3-hr. minimum
*# of staff assigned based on type of function, event location, guest count, etc.
Ed-Tech/AV Support (if needed) $45/hr @ staffer* 3-hr. minimum
*# of staff assigned based on event location, technical/AV needs, etc.
IT Support (if needed) $45/hr @ staffer,* 3-hr. minimum
*# of staff assigned based on event location, IT needs, etc.
Weekend Event Administrator $45/hr: *A GCC administrator must be on site during community events scheduled after 6 p.m. on Fridays; on Saturdays; and at any time the college is closed.
