We’re kicking off our event at 10AM with a Welcome from our Dean of Students, Dr. Kim McGinnis and a presentation by the Admissions Team. Our information session will cover Campus Resources, Admissions and Next Steps. We’ll be available to answer any general questions to help expedite your acceptance to HCC.
Haven’t applied? No need to worry. Bring your proof of high school graduation and a copy of your immunizations and we’ll help expedite your admissions process. We’ll have computers available for students to submit their online application. If interested in completing your application ahead of time, click here.

Testing will be offered to students who are unable to self-report their U.S. high school GPA, completed high school outside of the country, identify as English as a Second Language learner, and/or those who earned a GED but are unable to provide assessment scores.

The Advising and Student Success Center welcomes all new, readmit, transfer and continuing students who are accepted and ready for academic advisement to meet with our professional advisors for the Enrollment Events! To get started, be sure to have your student Banner ID number (on your acceptance email) and schedule your advising appointment in advance. Limited Walk-ins will be accommodated.
Our expert academic advisors will provide you with a host of options to help you build your course schedule. For more information on how to finalize your course selection and registration, our Student Services Center will be available to help.
9:30 am and again at 10:30 am Need guidance with completing the FAFSA or the AACTUS application? We can help! Join our presentation for an overview of the Financial Aid process. A representative will be available to answer general questions.

Are you interested in the short-term programs with industry credentials offered HCC?
Our array of programs helps to prepare students for opportunities in new careers and/or enhances their skills. These include programs in allied healthcare with training programs in CNA/Patient Care Technician, Certified Professional Coder, Community Health Worker, EMT, Sterile Processing Technician, and Pharmacy Technician as well as classes in business for Grant Writing, National Certified Bookkeeper and Real Estate. The manufacturing industry is in high demand for skilled workers in CNC Operator and Introduction to Manufacturing, both with industry NIMS credentials. Programs in information technology (CompTIA), hospitality (Food Handler & Bartending), and Personal Trainer National Certification can all lead to rewarding careers.
Our Continuing Education staff will be available to answer questions about the non-credit programs and how to apply for tuition assistance. We will provide information on available grants to help pay for the training in variety of the non-credit programs. Students can also register and get their student Banner ID with the student Badge the same day. Join us to learn more.
