Student Organizations

Research demonstrates that students who participate in co-curricular programs such as clubs and student organizations, and on-campus employment, do significantly better academically than their non-involved counterparts. (Astin)

The Student Government Association (SGA) recognizes numerous student organizations that are formed by special interest student groups and advised by a member of the College staff. New student organizations may be formally recognized by the Student Government Association throughout the year. All student organizations are recognized by the SGA in order to become a student organization on campus.
