Real Estate Principles and Practices Starts Feb. 10
This pre-licensing course is required by the State of Connecticut to become a real estate salesperson. You will be introduced to brokerage, listing agreements, buyer/seller representation, and ownership of real estate, contracts, and liens. Students who intend to sit for the State of Connecticut Real Estate PSI Exam (at a separate and additional cost) must pass this course with a grade of 70 or better and attended a minimum of 60 mandatory classroom hours of instruction.
